This map is not all inclusive.  The dots represent only the parishes that the species was referenced by in Rossman and Dundee's book The Amphibians and Reptiles of Louisiana (1989).  The inclusion of any other Parish is from Mike's personal experience or that of other trusted sources.  The dots are not arranged to indicate the region of the Parish that the species is found.  It only represents the fact that it has occured there.
