Connecticut wildlife agencies have some advice for people who are fearful of snakes. “Snakes are probably some of the most misunderstood animals,” said Laura Saucier, a wildlife technician with the DEEP Wildlife Division. “There is no need to fear or hate these reptiles. If you leave snakes alone, they will leave you alone.”
